The system downloads data from the inverters regularly and uploads it to an internet portal, where the performance data is displayed graphically for review. System alerts are generated and logged on the portal and emails are sent to our analysts, who will complete a remote diagnosis and instigate an appropriate maintenance response.

Our system supports all existing communication modes used in our inverters and integrates easily into new or existing systems. It can access the internet via network or dial-up connections and can monitor up to 50 inverters on one system.
