TGE Group Teams up with Madeleys Chartered Surveyors for Biomass Boiler Demonstration

6th January 2014

TGE Group, one of the UK’s leading suppliers of renewable energy and heat technologies, has teamed up with Madeleys Chartered Surveyors to organise renewables event at Albrighton, Staffordshire, 11am on Wednesday, 15th January, to explain the benefits of biomass boilers.

Targeting farmers, landowners and businesses in the area, the event will provide interested parties with an opportunity to find out more about biomass boilers, their attractive financial returns, as well as offer the chance to ask questions and see first-hand a recent installation. Anyone interested in attending this farm based event should preregister with TGE Group.

A new biomass boiler was recently installed by TGE Group at this mixed crop farm, after an introduction through Madeleys Chartered Surveyors.  The two companies are now teaming up to demonstrate the benefits of renewable energy with an event which will outline the latest developments in the market.  Stephen Davies of TGE Group will discuss the systems available and provide an illustration of the benefits achieved at the farm through their new biomass system.  Matthew Evans, Head of TGE Group’s heat division, will give further details and a site tour.

Rupert Higgin, Managing Director of TGE Group, comments: “This free event is a fantastic opportunity for people to come and see for themselves what opportunities there are with renewables. We will have experts on hand to answer questions and attendees can also see first-hand the technologies involved, the difference such a system could make to their operations and the return it brings on the investment made.”

The 199kW ETA Hack biomass boiler installed by TGE Group is saving the farm 62 tonnes of carbon dioxide a year providing space and water heating to farm buildings and eight residential properties.

Those interested in attending should register via email at or call 0845 643 2528.
