Cheshire based TGE Group, one of the UK’s leading suppliers of renewable energy and heat technologies, is sponsoring the Family Countryside Day in Woore on 5th October, 2013.
This family-based rural event is being held on the picturesque Phynsonhays Estate on the outskirts of Woore, surrounded by 200 acres of fields, woodland and lakes. With an entry fee of £10 per car, the event is being held in aid of the Countryside Alliance and supporting Cancer Research UK.
Welcoming families (and their dogs), this action packed day is designed for all those who enjoy countryside activities with a raft of free activities including fly fishing displays, clay pigeon shooting, gun dog, ferret and birds of prey demonstrations alongside trade stands, candle making, wine tasting and a game BBQ. For those with dogs, the terrier racing and dog agility events will be a good chance to put all the training into action.
“This Countryside Day will be a celebration of our country life and we hope that families from across the county will come along and join in the fun and action,” comments TGE Group Managing Director, Rupert Higgin. “As renewable energy installers, our focus is all about using natural energy over fossil fuels and preserving the environment for future generations. This event will be an important reminder of what we aim to protect.
